Port Blair, Aug. 3: The Andaman & Nicobar State Coop. Bank Ltd. will be launching a scheme to ensure that the pension amount is delivered at the doorstep of pensioners. The Pensioners will include ‘Old Age, Widows & Disabled persons’. Under this scheme the bank will be issuing cooperative card to the beneficiaries.
The scheme will be launched on 4th Aug. 2012 at a State Level Function which has been arranged at the Community Hall, Prothrapur at 10.30 am. The Lt. Governor, Lt. Gen. (Retd) Bhopinder Singh will be the chief guest on the occasion. Other dignitaries from the A&N Administration will also grace the occasion.
