Port Blair, Oct. 23: A delegation of Congress Party under the leadership of ANTCC President Shri. Rangalal Halder and ANTCC Campaign Committee Chairman Shri. TSG Bhasker along with Senior Congress Leader Shri. Saji Varghese and Congress Leader Shri. Ameer Bux visited Billyground for attending party meeting. During the meeting they discussed various organizational matters of the party at Billyground.

Port Blair, Oct. 23: On 21/06/2022, a burglary was reported and a case was registered at PS Ograbraj regarding theft of gold ornaments weighing about 35.5 grams from a house at Badmash Pahad, Chouldari. The case was entrusted to HC/2336 Bijoy Sarkar, PS Ograbraj. After collecting evidences, the suspect was zeroed but was found to be absconding. During investigation, efforts were made to trace out the accused person by forming different teams. As a result of the physical and technical intelligence, the Police team was able to apprehend Sanjay Kumar Das S/o Shri Dhiren Das (38) yrs, from Subash Gram, Diglipur.
