All the learners, who have desirous to register for January 2024 cycle are advised to submit re-registration form through online on or before 29th January 2024. Port Blair, Dec. 4: ANIIDCO in association with the A&N Administration organized a ‘Destination Andaman - Investors Conference’ today at ITC Maurya, New Delhi for the development of tourism projects in A&N Islands. The Investor’s Conference was chaired by Admiral D K Joshi, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, NM, VSM (Retd.), Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, A&N Islands and Vice-Chairman, Islands Development Agency (IDA), attended by Shri Keshav Chandra, IAS, Chief Secretary, A&N Administration, Smt. Nandini Paliwal, IAS, MD, ANIIDCO and other senior Officers of A&N Administration and ANIIDCO.

Port Blair, Dec. 4: Shri D. Ayyappan, Secretary, CPI (M) Andaman & Nicobar State Organising Committee along with Shri Venkat Ram Babu, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat, Wimberlygunj recently visited the land allotted by the Andaman & Nicobar Administration for setting up of Industrial Estate at Lamba Pahar, Wimberlygunj.  During the visit, it was observed that the Administration has failed to set up industrial estate at the said place even though the land was allotted for the purpose in the year 1996.

Port Blair, Dec. 4: Shri M.Vinod, President, Andaman Association of Tour Operators has written a letter to the Chief Secretary, A&N Administration expressing his deep concern over the ongoing power crisis in Swaraj Dweep Islands.

In his letter Vinod said at present the Electricity Department is not able to provide Proper Power supply to the stakeholders as well as the Islanders.
