The Non-Gazetted Government Officers’ Association, Andaman and Nicobar Islands expresses deep sorrow at the passing away of Shri Upender Jha, former Principal, Education Department of A & N Administration. He died at his home town in Bihar after prolonged illness on 24th April,2021.He was 77.The cremation of his mortal remains will be held on Monday (26-04-2021). The Association conveys heartfelt condolences at his death.

Shri. Ajoy Bairagi, State President, Bharatiya Janata Party and Shri. N.K Udhaya Kumar, State President, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha have condoled the demise of Shri. C.P Tiwari, Ex-Foreman, Govt. Press, who passed away on 23/04/2021. Shri. C.P Tiwari was a resident of Bhatu Basti. Prayers were offered for the soul to rest in peace and for giving strength to the family members to bear this irreparable loss.

Shri Kuldeep Rai Sharma, Member of Parliament, Andaman & Nicobar Islands has deeply mourned the demises of First Lieutenant Governor of Andaman & Nicobar Islands Shri M.L. Kampani who passed away at Delhi.

It is brought to the notice of the general consumers and government departments that power supply will remain suspended at the following area on 25.04.2021 from 0900 hrs. to 1400 hrs., due to precautionary isolation of 11 KV and 33 KV underground power cables during repairing of damaged pipe line by APWD infront of Sultan Bakery at Junglighat.

Shri Amar Kumar Singh, National Secretary, HRS expressed shock and grief at the demise of Shri Hilarus Kujur, 77yrs,Retired PWD Driver, Rangat expired (21/04/2021) in Billiground, F/o Shri Bibuthi Kujur, Divisional Accountant, Forest Dept. Rangat and father-in-law of Dr. Priyanka Iqbal, MO (Ayurveda), Dr. R.P. Hospital, Mayabunder.
