Port Blair, Aug 14: Two police personnel have been selected for Police Medal for their meritorious service. They have been awarded with Police Medal for Meritorious Service on the occasion of Independence–Day-2020. Their brief achievements are as under:-
- Shri. M. Abdul Rasheed, Sub-Inspector of A&N Police:-
Shri M.A Rasheed Joined A&N Police in the year of 1995 as a Police Constable. He has shown laudable performance in all fields and he has detected/solved 564 various criminal cases in his service career. He has been awarded with several Commendation Certificates and cash rewards for his commendable devotion, dedication towards his duties. In appreciation of his good work and dedication rendered throughout his service carreer he has been awarded with Police Medal for meritorious service.
- Shri. Prem Chander Singh, Head Constable of A&N Police:-
Shri Prem Chander Singh Joined A&N Police in the year of 1998 as a Police Constable. In recognition of his unblemished record, continuous excellent and dedicated performance and professionalism, Shri. Prem Chander Singh, Head Constable has been conferred with Police Medal for Meritorious Service.
