Port Blair, Dec. 29:  Supporting a family of four members with a wife and  two school going , S. Pugaleeswaran, a street vendor running a juice cum pan stall opposite private  bus stand, Aberdeen Bazaar has been one among the worst affected by the pandemic.

With their only means of livelihood coming to a pause, they were forced to beg money from friends and relatives to feed the children with basic ration items required for survival.

Pugaleeswaran, says that he now feels much relived after availing the working capital loan of Rs 10,000 under PMSVANidhi scheme, which he came to hear from his neighbour. He expresses his heartfelt thanks for the administration and PMBC staff for helping him avail the loan facility and making him Atmanirbhar.
