Servants who has been allotted Govt, accommodations have made encroachments on the Govt. land either adjacent to the allotted quarters or other places illegally and constructed permanent/temporary structures thereon, which is violation of laid down Rules. Such encroachments on Govt. land by Govt servants, and indulgence in such illegal practice by Govt. servants will be viewed seriously and action under CCS (Conduct)/CCS (CCA) Rules will be taken, which may even lead to dismissal from Govt. service.

It has also come to the notice that a large number of transferred/retired Govt.
