Port Blair, April 8: Andaman and Nicobar Islands is a fusion of Indian Culture. This is best reflected in the food and cuisine of these Islands. To maintain the uniqueness of this, the Department of Tourism, A&N Administration is organizing the much awaited Food Fest on 9th & 10th April, 2022 at Corbyn’s Cove Beach from 4 PM to 9 PM. The Department is also organizing entertainment programmes. Live Orchestra band of Avinash Group will be performing on April 9 while the Kuon Panam Band is all set to entertain the visitors on April 10.
To add more colours to the event, cultural programmes will be presented by the Department of Education besides Food Trucks by DBRAIT. Defence Wives Welfare Association, A&N Command will be putting up two food stalls during the fest. The open to all food fest aims to provide platform to small entrepreneurs from the Islands to explore various avenues of their vocation. Awards will be presented to best stall and best chef.
For the convenience of general public, bus services by STS Department will be available on frequent interval.
