Port Blair, April 13: The ANTCC President, Shri. Rangalal Halder on Tuesday hoisted the party flag at Mithakhari Panchayat, Ward no. 1. Later on the same day, one independent Ward member of Mithakhari Gram Panchayat, Shri. V.T Tamilselvam and DMK Active Member of Namunaghar Shri. S. Suresh joined the Congress party under the leadership of Ferrargunj Up-Pramukh, Shri. Simson. Simson has vowed to live up to the expectation of villagers and provide basic amenities for them.
