State BJP to Celebrate 8 Years of PM Modi Led Government

Port Blair, May 31: The Bhartiya Janta Party, Andaman & Nicobar Islands will be celebrating the 8 Years of Seva, Sushasan and Gareeb Kalyan program to mark the completion of eight years of forming a government at the centre. Service, welfare of the poor and good governance have been the primary focus during the Prime Minister Modi led Government in these islands. This will be a 15-day outreach program, which will be held till 15th June 2022, during which various events will be held from Diglipur to Campbell Bay.

On 31st May 2022 all 33 mandals of these islands organized the telecast of the national event in which around 2000 people witnessed PM Modi’s speech. 155 Labharthi (beneficiaries under various schemes) were felicitated and their feedback was recorded in all 33 mandal. State office bearers and leaders also participated and helped the organizing committee for the successful execution of the program. The detailed report of the event has been shared to Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) and the Centre BJP office.

The event has been organized under the leadership of Shri. Ajoy Bairagi, State President, Shri. Bishnu Pada Ray, Ex-Member of Parliament & Shri. Vishal Jolly, National Executive member of BJP.

Dr. Poonam Arora, Convener Seva, Sushasan and Gareeb Kalyan program shared that during the outreach program, the Bharatiya Janata Party has announced a door-to-door campaign, various events and press conference to share the accomplishment of the central government across these islands to the public.

For, a smooth conduct and execution of the event, the Monitoring team and Reporting team of 4-members each have been formed. The team will be sharing the minute to minute report of the event to the convener.

The Garib Kalyan Jan Sabha will be held from 11th – 15th June 2022. Shri. Sanjay Kr Singh, State Vice President will supervise this event alongwith the appointed Minister from the Cabinet who will join the events to explain the development achieved by the Modi government in the last eight years. A Vikas Teerth Bike Rally will be taken out on 10th June 2022 under the supervision of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha.
