National Leaders of BJP Participate in the Celebration

Port Blair, July 6: The Bharatiya Janata Party today celebrated the Jayanti of National Scholar and Founder of Jan Sangh Dr Shyama Prasad Mookerjee. The first programme was organized by paying floral tribute to the statue of Dr Shyama Prasad Mookerjee at Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Park, Y Narayan Junction, Aberdeen Bazaar.

Similarly a function was also held at Dr Shyama Prasad Mookerjee Bhawan, Middle Point, State Office of Bharatiya Janata Party. Both the programmes were marked with the presence of Shri Dilip Ghosh, Hon'ble Member of Parliament, Medinipur, West Bengal and National Vice President BJP, Shri Aravind Menon, National Secretary BJP, Shri Ajoy Bairagi, State President BJP, Shri Vishal jolly, National Executive Member, Shri Bishnu Pada Ray along with State Office Bearers, Morcha Office Bearers, District Office Bearers and karyakartas of party.

The programme began with paying floral tributes to the great leader by all dignitaries.

Shri Ajoy Bairagi welcomed the National leaders after which Dilip Ghosh and Arvind Menon addressed the Party Workers and spoke about the Sacrifice and Contribution of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee in making the party and for the Nation.

Ghosh also told that the present government under Honble Prime Minster Narendra Modi has fulfilled the vision of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee in many ways.

He also urged the party workers to take various schemes of central government which are directly benefiting the public to each and every citizen of these Islands.
