Port Blair, July 14: On 14/07/2022, the 67th Police Constable Batch of Andaman Nicobar Police organized various activities on the occasion of 11th anniversary of 2011, 67th Police Constable Batch, Andaman & Nicobar Police. This Police batch celebration programme comprised of cleanliness drive, Blood donation camp, Financial support towards treatment of child patient and fruits and food items distributed to patients.

The Cops conducted the Cleanliness drive at Marina park beach, Port Blair during which a total 10 bags of garbage were collected from the above beach. During the drive, cops collected huge piles of mixed garbage like plastics numerous utilities (viz. Juice bottles, Water bottles), food packing materials, foot wears etc. The same was segregated during this drive and handed over to PBMC for further action. At 09:00 am to 01:00 pm, a voluntary blood donation camp at G.B. Pant hospital was coordinated by Andaman & Nicobar AIDS Control Society (ANACS). A total of 26 donors donated blood voluntarily.

The 67th Police batch donated an amount Rs. 42,155/- (Forty-Two Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Five Rupees Only) towards treatment of girl child D/o Shri. S Dusanta Rao R/o Garacharma who is suffering from eye problem. In continuation, the Cops also distributed fruits and food items to patients at PHC R.K Pur, Little Andaman.

The 67th Police Constable Batch is performing their duty with utmost devotion and sincerity as well as making all efforts for the welfare of humanity and for the society.
