Port Blair, Aug 16: Mahatma Gandhi International School, Brookshabad, celebrated the 76th Independence Day with great patriotic fervour and zeal. The Principal Smt. Ranjana Gulechha accompanied by Chairman Shri. Nalin Gulechha, staff members, unfurled the tricolour followed by the National Anthem.
In a small but attractive programme the students showed their patriotism towards nation. The inspiring message of the Principal alerted the young generation of Children to know their duties and responsibilities as students. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mrs. Faith Guna Selvi soon after which sweet boxes were distributed to all the students.
