Port Blair, Aug 17: On the occasion of India's 76th years of Independence, the National flag was hoisted by Ms V. K. Mariyam Bibi, President WITH YOU at the NGO office, Bambooflat. A large number of public gathered and witnessed the flag hoisting ceremony.
Later team WITH YOU visited the old age home at Ferrargunj and also met the children, the physically challenged and elderly. The NGO donated two beds to the old age home in presence of Pramukh, Ferrargunj and Zilla Parishad Member, Tushnabad Constituency, which was received by Mr Biswas, Probation Officer from Social Welfare Department. The team also distributed refreshments to all the residents.
