Port Blair, Dec. 1: The Hindu Rashtra Shakti, A&N Islands has demanded for a special sailing or chartered flights to facilitate the devotees of Aadhiparashakthi Melmaruvathur and Lord Ayyappa who would be proceeding to Chennai after 23rd Dec 2022.
Shri Rakeshwar Lall, State President, HRS in a letter to the Lt. Governor informed that a large number of devotees from Islands (approx 2500) will be moving to mainland during the end of December, 2022 and will return on January, 2023. The devotees of Aadhiparashakthi Melmaruvathur and Lord Ayyappa shall proceed to Chennai after 23.12.2022 and they will return to Port Blair on or before 06.01.2023.
He thus requested to provide special ship & Charter flight for devotees on or before 23.12.2022 and 06.01.2023 from Port Blair to Chennai and vice versa please
