Port Blair, Dec. 20: The ANTCC President, Shri. Rangalal Halder has demanded the Administration for a Special Ship to sail for Chennai from 3rd to 4th January 2023 for the Devotees of Lord Ayyappa.
In his letter addressed to the Chief Secretary, he said that around 1000 no’s of Ayyappa Devotees are likely to attend the mass gathering puja at Sabarimala Temple, Kerala to extend their beliefs and worship towards the Lord.
The flight fare is much higher which cannot be afforded by the Ayyappa Devotees and most importantly the flight schedules are not regular due to the construction work of the Airport in process.
