The unutilized/surrendered tickets, if any available from the reserved quota and unsold tickets including the Seating Class tickets will be issued to the general public on Feb.24, 2023 from 1400 hrs onwards at STARS ticketing Counters, Phoenix Bay on First cum First Serve basis.
