Port Blair, April 5: Under the Central Sector Scheme – ‘Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi’ (PM-KISAN), 13 instalments have been released by the GoI. The 13^th Instalment was released by the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi on 27^th February 2023 directly to the bank accounts of the PM KISAN beneficiaries.

The 14^th installment is expected to be released tentatively in the month of May 2023 for the period April to July. For the smooth transfer of benefits of 14^th installment, the Govt. of India has made the following mandatory requirements to be completed by 30^th April 2023.

1. Land details is entered in PM-KISAN portal.
2. Bank account is seeded with Aadhaar.
3. e-KYC is completed.

All eligible PM-KISAN beneficiaries who have so far not done their land seeding, e-KYC and bank account seeding with Aadhaar have been requested to complete the process before the scheduled date. If the above mandatory requirements are not done by 30th April, 2023, then the benefits of 14th installment will not be released to them in time.

For any query/doubt related to land seeding, bank account seeding & e-KYC, the beneficiaries can contact the concerned Zonal Agriculture Office/ Field Extension functionaries of Agriculture Department.

The farmers have been advised to use only the official website of PM-KISAN portal & PM-KISAN App and not to download any other App for e-KYC authentication.
