After completion of the historic ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programme, the Hon'ble Lt. Governor addressed the gathering and recalled the broadcast of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ by the Hon’ble Prime Minister on 30th December, 2018 from Car Nicobar, during his visit to A & N Islands.
