Shri D. Ayyappan, Secretary, CPI (M) A & N State Organizing Committee has condoled the sudden demise of Shri Victor David, retired Office Superintendent, A & N Administration and resident of Prem Nagar, Port Blair today (12.06.2023) at Port Blair.  He was 76 years.  His last rites will be held on 13th June, 2023 at Port Blair.  I convey my heartfelt condolences to the family members of late Victor David.
