Port Blair, July 11: The 37th Convocation of the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), is likely to be held in the month of January/February, 2024. Those learners who have completed their programme of study in December- 2022 and June- 2023 Term-End Examination are eligible for award of original Certificate at this Convocation.
