Shri Jolly outlined that the tireless efforts and selfless service rendered by Anganwadi workers have always been invaluable in our communities. Shri Jolly in his letter addressed to Chief Secretary dated 17.05.2023 raises the issues of enhancement of honorarium of Anganwadi Workers & Helpers. Further Shri Jolly met the Chief Secretary on 07th July 2023 and again highlighted the issue of enhancement of honorarium Anganwadi Workers & Asha Workers.

Shri Jolly mentioned that the decision to enhance the honorarium of these diligent individuals not only recognizes their relentless contributions but also acknowledges their importance as crucial pillars in our society and improves their financial stability and enables them to better support their families.
