Port Blair, July 20: The Sanitary Workers of Port Blair Municipal Council have been extended with 1/30th of pay of Rs. 18000/- +DA to all Muster roll Sanitary workers, which was a long pending demand and for which the "Andaman Nicobar Rajya Karmachari Mahasangh "BMS and Nagarpalika Swachhtha Karmachari Sangh" who worked continuously to grant 1/30th pay to all eligible DRMs.
The Karamchari Sangh has express its gratitude to the entire team of Municipal Council and specially Shri. Vishal Jolly, National Executive Member, BJP for his tireless efforts to achieve the goal of Sanction of 1/30th pay. Similarly, the Sangh expressed gratitude to all digital and print media, who have given necessary platform to express their views in the fourth pillar of democracy.
