Port Blair, July 21: With reference to the vacancy notice vide F. No. 4-12/2023-R&E Cell/461 dated 26/05/2023 published by A&N Administration for filling up of the above stated higher secondary level posts of Police departments, the written test for additional subjects i.e., Computer Knowledge, and Hindi for qualified candidates in Physical Measurement & Endurance Test will be held at various centres in A&N Islands on 24/07/2023.
Candidates are directed to appear for the written exam for these additional subjects with the same Admit Card issued by A&N Administration for common recruitment examination to be held on 23/07/2023 along with the Admit card returned to qualified candidates by A&N Police after successful completion of Physical Measurement & Endurance Test (PM&ET), and which have been marked “Qualified” in the result column. Both the Admit cards are mandatory to be shown at the entry gate and to the invigilators at the examination hall to participate in the Written Examination for additional subjects. The same Roll Number and Ticket Number given in the Admit Card issued by A&N Administration for Written Exam on 23/07/2023 will be used by candidates and accordingly to be filled in the Answer /OMR Sheets for written examination of additional subject on 24/07/2023. Candidates must ensure that the Admit Cards they bring on the date of written exam should be downloaded using the same application number that they used to download the Admit Card for PM&ET. Also, bring a valid ID Proof along with the above stated two admit cards for appearing in the written examination for additional subjects.
The list of candidates who have qualified in the Physical Measurement & Endurance Test and who are eligible for written test of additional subjects for the post of Sub-Inspector (Master) PMF, Sub-Inspector (Engine Driver) PMF, Head Constable (Electrician) PMF, Police Constable (Lascar) PMF, Police Constable (Greaser) PMF, Constable (Executive), Constable (Bandsmen), Constable(VHF Operator) PR, Constable (GD) IRBn, Constable (Wireless) IRBn, Store Keeper (HC) PMT, or Dispatch Rider(PC) PMT has already been uploaded on the A&N Police website https://police.andaman.gov.in along with venue, date, and time of the Written Examination of additional subject. Candidates are directed to check the exact venue, date and time of examination given in the uploaded list on Police Website.
