Car Nicobar, Aug 9: A small help can change someone’s life. On 09/08/2023, 67th batch cops noticed that a pregnant lady alongwith her family came from Nancowrie for delivery. She delivered a baby boy but her family members were roaming in tension outside of BJR Hospital Car Nicobar due to financial problems and they had no relatives in Car Nicobar.
Considering the gravity of the situation, lady cops from 67th batch distributed new born baby kit, napkins, fruits, juice items etc. to family in need and also given some amount for travelling expenses. The family has expressed their gratitude to the 67th batch cops and Andaman & Nicobar Police for the selfless service.
