Port Blair, Sept. 10: The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) is observing its 19th Formation Day on Sept. 27, 2023 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi on the theme ‘A vision for Disaster Mitigation’. As NDMA continues to evolve and innovate its strategies, the 19th Formation Day serves as a reminder of the collective responsibility to safeguard property and the environment through effective disaster management measures.
The NDMA has initiated the following promotional activities through MyGov, MeITY that aims to enhance disaster management awareness and preparedness across the country.
