Right to Education: In India, the right to education for children is a constitutional right. The Right to Education (RTE) Act, 2009, mandates free and compulsory education for children aged 6-14, ensuring equal opportunities and prohibiting discrimination. The government's efforts aim to enhance access, quality, and inclusivity in the Indian education system.

Right to Healthcare: The right to healthcare for children is a fundamental aspect of their well-being. The government has implemented various initiatives to ensure children receive proper medical care, nutrition, and immunization. The National Health Mission and Integrated Child Development Services are key programs aimed at safeguarding children's health and development.

Right to Protection from Abuse: Children in India have the fundamental right to protection from abuse, as guaranteed by the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012. These laws are designed to prevent, identify, and prosecute instances of child abuse, ensuring the safety and well-being of children across the Nation.

Right to Play and Recreation: The right to Play and Recreation is an integral part of children's rights. It is recognized as essential for their physical and mental development. The government and various organizations promote opportunities for play and recreation, fostering a healthy and balanced childhood for Indian children, as per the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

He further emphasized that children have certain responsibilities towards themselves, their families, society and the importance of respecting elders, taking care of their own health and hygiene, and being good citizens. An interactive session and group activities were also held during the program.
