Shoal Bay, April 25: A free health camp in association with Rotary Club of Port Blair was conducted at Panchayat Bhawan Shoal Bay on 21st April 2024. A team of consisting of Dr. Dinesh, Dental Surgeon, Dr. Snehesh, Dental Specialist, Dr. Dhanalakshmi Gynaecologist, Dr. J Saranya, General Physician conducted the camp in which 58 patients were screened and free medicines were given.
For few patients, basic routine blood test, general vitals, HB percent, ECG, blood glucose levels were done. Body fat Analyser was introduced by Health Tech, Dr. Sharda Lall, Homeo Physician along with Shirisha Lab technician & Mr Laxman staff of Health Tech. Free homeopathic medicines were also distributed.
A demonstration on oral hygiene and prophylaxis and few tooth extractions were also done during the camp.
Amar Gupta, President and Dr Dinesh General, Secretary of Rotary Club of Port Blair, Miss Mariyam Bibi, Ex-Adyakash, Zilla Parishad and Shri A.R Kumar Pradhan Shoal Bay were present on the occasion.
