Port Blair, May 23: In exercise of power conferred under Sub-Section (2) of Section 10 of the Manoeuvres, Field firing and Artillery Practice Act, 1938, the District Magistrate, South Andaman has brought to the notice of all concerned that the Andaman & Nicobar Police in collaboration with the Andaman and Nicobar Command will be disposing the detonators available with the A & N Police at the Firing Range, PTS, Prothrapur on 25th May and 26th May 2024 from 0500 hrs to 1400 hrs.
In this connection all concerned are hereby warned to keep themselves and their vehicle/livestock away from the site especially the villagers of Birdline and Prothrapur area from the Firing Range on the above mentioned date and time.
