Port Blair, May 31: In accordance with an Order issued under Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) by the District Magistrate of South Andaman District, it is mandated that all landlords, owners, tenants, and managers of residential and commercial establishments must submit the particulars of any tenants/paying guests/ servants or househelps employed at their premises to the local Police Station.

As per the above order, the South Andaman District Police have issued a “Form” that all landlords, owners, tenants, and managers of residential and commercial establishments must use to submit the particulars of any tenants, paying guests, servants, or househelps employed at their premises to the local Police Station. Therefore, all landlords, owners, tenants and managers must submit the required details of their tenants, paying guests, servants and househelps to the local Police Station without delay.
