Port Blair, Nov. 4:  The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions is undertaking 3rd National e-Governance Service Delivery Assessment (NeSDA) through NeSDA 2023, which will be used to assess and benchmark e-government development and public service delivery efficiency in India at State/UT level.

This assessment framework will be used as a benchmarking tool to evaluate common services provided to citizens (G2C) and business users (G2B) under focus sectors of Finance, Labour & Employment, Education, Social Welfare (including Health & Agriculture), Home & Security, Local Governance & Utility Services, Environment, Tourism and Public Grievances of all States/ Union Territories. The overall goal of the study is to promote participation of all Departments and Ministries at State/UT and Central Level to adopt the e-government framework in their day-to-day functioning to reinforce Minimum Government and Maximum Governance.

The purpose of this survey is to gain insight on the citizens’ experience in availing e-services from their respective States/UTs. Accurate and relevant data from citizens and the meaningful analysis of the same will help States/UTs to chart a course for the future service delivery. The survey aims to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and user experience of government services provided through online platforms.

This survey would take 2-3 minutes (Approximately) to complete. All the members of general public and businesses who have availed the online services pertaining to various Departments of A & N Administration have been requested to take up the survey and submit their feedback by accessing the URL https://nesda.gov.in/#/citizen-survey.

Further, Government Departments and VLEs of Common Service Centres across A & N Islands have also been requested to encourage people to provide their feedback at the above portal, so that the vision of NeSDA 2023 survey is achieved.
