Port Blair, May 31: It is informed to the general public that on 24/05/2023, a Murder case was registered at PS Pahargaon vide FIR No. 88/23 dated 24/05/2023 U/s 302 IPC wherein Swapan Kumar Mondal R/o Garacharma was murdered and investigation of the instant case is under progress. During the course of investigation, the name of the deceased was identified to be Swapan Kumar Mondal S/o Tarapada Mondal (40) yrs Pvt Worker R/o Garacharma from the office records. However, the details of deceased’s family members or friends could not be traced till date. The dead body of the deceased is preserved for identification and claim in the cold Mortuary room of GB Pant Hospital, Port Blair. Description of the deceased body is as follows:

Each Affiliated State Association is entitled to send four entries for the Championship.

Port Blair, May 31: The last date for applying to the various categories of posts i.e. PGT/PET/Librarian/CI/PSRT under the Department of Education through online mode was upto 31.05.2023 (Upto midnight). Now, keeping in view the larger interest of aspiring candidates and based on several requests received from the aspiring candidates, the last date for submission of online applications for the said posts have been extended for seven more days i.e. upto 07.06.2023 upto midnight.
