Port Blair, July 19: All concerned candidates who have applied for allotment/nomination of various Professional/Non-Professional/Technical courses reserved for the students of A&N Islands at mainland institutions for the academic session 2024-25 have been informed that the course wise/discipline wise final merit list of all the eligible candidates except B.Sc B.Ed course will be displayed in the Common College Admission portal i.e. http://collegeadmission.andaman.gov.in for information of all concerned w.e.f. 20.07.2024.

Port Blair, July 19: It has come to the attention of the Directorate of Industries that certain miscreants are deceitfully taking money from the public under the guise of arranging loans from scheme implementing agencies i.e. A&N Islands Khadi and Village Industries Board and District Industries Centre, A&N Administration, Port Blair. These fraudsters are falsely promising to secure loans and are demanding payments in return.

Port Blair, July 19: Shri Guru Purnima will be celebrated at Chinmaya Mission on Sunday July 21, 2024 at 10 am. The Programme will start at 10 am with Homam followed by Satsang, Paduka pooja and Archana. Prasad will be distributed at 12.30 pm. Shri Guru Purnima is also known as Vyas Purnima. Port Blair, July 19: IGNOU has appealed to its learners, who had completed their degree, certificate and diploma programmes during December 2013 to June 2023, to collect their degree certificates from the IGNOU Regional Centre, Port Blair.

They are requested to pay online fee for degree and visit Regional Centre Port Blair in working hours with fee receipt and identity card to collect their certificates. Degree certificates up to 37th convocation (pass out till June 2023) is available in the IGNOU Regional Centre, Port Blair.

Port Blair, July 19: A team of Doctor (Ayurveda) and Para Medical Staff of Regional Ayurveda Research Institute (RARI), a Unit of CCRAS under Ministry of AYUSH, Port Blair will be conducting free Ayurvedic Health Camp under Tribal Health Care Research Programme at Harminder Bay, Hut Bay, Little Andaman from July 21 to 29, 2024.
