Port Blair, July 19: The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the hearing dated 16.07.2024 has directed all the States/UTs to complete 100% e-KYC of all the Ration Card beneficiaries immediately. Hence, all the left out NFSA (AAY & PHH) beneficiaries who have not yet done their e-KYC have been requested to approach the nearest Fair Price Shop of their area or respective Supply Office immediately and get their e-KYC done latest by 31.07.2024, failing which, the names of all such left out beneficiaries will be deleted without any further notice considering it as bogus units.

Port Blair, July 19: The Andaman Adventure Water Sports Association (AAWSA) has formally appealed to the Indian Register of Shipping (IRS) regarding the recent hike in the Parasailing Annual Hull Survey fees. On behalf of the association, Shri. M. Vinod, President of AAWSA, along with Shri. Anil Meshack and Shri. Saikat Biswas, met with Shri. Sanjeev Lall, Principal Surveyor of IRS, to discuss the financial implications of the increased fees.
