Port Blair, June 27: The last date for filling-up the Examination forms for Term-End Examination for June, 2022 session of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has been extended up to 30th June 2022 without late fee. Port Blair, June 27: During the RT-PCR test conducted on 213 passengers who arrived here yesterday, five positive cases have been detected. Today, 12 flights with 1805 passengers arrived, out of which, 1569 passengers were vaccinated with both doses while RT-PCR test was conducted on 188 passengers and the reports are awaited.

Port Blair, June 27: The vaccination drive is continuing smoothly in A&N Islands. As per data available, a total of 6,83,512 doses of vaccine have been administered to beneficiaries in the age group of 18 and above so far. Similarly, 23,583 beneficiaries have been vaccinated in the age group of 15 to 18 years and 13,264 beneficiaries have been vaccinated in the age group of 12 to 14 years. The number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine so far stood at 27,277.

Port Blair, June 24: The Member of Parliament, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma has requested the Chief Secretary of A&N Administration to provide free mini bus service or trolleys for passengers between Main Gate and Security Check Gate of Marine Jetty.
In a letter addressed to the Chief Secretary, the Member of Parliament mentioned that everyday thousands of people commute through Marine Jetty to different Islands and similarly thousands other enter Port Blair from the same Port.
