Port Blair, Sept. 11: The NEET-September 2020 examination will be held on 13.09.2020 (Sunday) at Centre No. 1101002, Nirmala Sr. Secondary School, Port Blair. Candidates who will be appearing in the said examination on 13th Sept. 2020 are hereby informed that when they come for writing NEET exam they should strictly follow the COVID-19 protocol.

Port Blair, Sept. 11: On 11/09/2020, Inspr. Mahesh Kr. Yadav, SHO, PS Central Crime Station received a credible information that few youths of New Wandoor are going to sell venison clandestinely. Immediately a team comprising SI Madhab Halder, Constable Chandran, K. Rajendran and lady Home Guard Meena Rani Sardar were sent to New Wandoor for carrying out the raid. After half an hour, the raiding team noticed that 03 persons were carrying 02 plastic sacks & on seeing the Police team all the 03 person started running. They were chased on suspicion and were intercepted. They were identified as Anup Kumar Mondal R/o New Wandoor, Ashok Kumar Biswas R/o Kalapathar, Sippighat and Sanjay Sikder R/o New Wandoor. It was also found out that Sanjay Sikder is a habitual and a dangerous criminal and 04 cases for violation of PAT regulation have been registered against him.
