Port Blair, Dec. 27: Shri. Vishal Jolly, National Executive Committee Member- BJP, met Adarniya Ramdas Athawale, Hon'ble Minister of State for Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India at Port Blair and discussed two major issues of the Islands.
Jolly vehemently highlighted the bad condition of NH-4 and urged the Minister to take up this issue at the appropriate level for making it motorable.

Port Blair, Dec. 27: On the 19th Anniversary of the tragic day Tsunami 2004, the Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee (ANTCC) on the 26th of December 2023 offered prayers in memory of those who lost their lives in the catastrophe.
The event began with observing two-minute silence. Congress leaders paid floral tributes to the portrait of the Tsunami memorial and recalled the magnitude of the tragedy and the lives that were forever changed.

Port Blair, Dec. 27: Enhancing the colors and scale of Islands Tourism Festival, the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Rural Livelihood Mission (ANIRLM) attached to the Directorate of Rural Development will be organizing 5 days Self Help Group (SHG) Mela from Dec. 28 to Jan.1, 2024 at Marina Park from 4 pm to 9 pm in synch with Island Tourism Festival and to celebrate the New Year 2024.
