Mayabunder, July 6: A meeting of the District Cooperative Development Committee (DCDC), North & Middle Andaman District was held today in the Conference Hall of DC Office, Mayabunder under the chairmanship of Shri Ankit Yadav, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, North & Middle Andaman District, who is also the Chairman of the Committee. Representatives from NABARD, NFDB, District Cooperative Fisheries Federation and local Heads of Offices of all line Departments (Cooperation, Agriculture, AH&VS & Fisheries) attended the meeting. In the meeting, matters relating to implementation of the plan for strengthening cooperative movement and deepening its reach to the grassroot level in North & Middle Andaman District were reviewed and discussed.

Port Blair, July 6: The Directorate of Shipping Services will be issuing unsold/remaining passenger tickets to Little Andaman/Nancowry/Campbell Bay bound passengers in the vessel Nalanda which is scheduled to sail for Chennai via Little Andaman, Nancowry & Campbell Bay on 08.07.2023 at 1000 hrs from Haddo Wharf. In this regard, passengers who wish to avail the above sailing up to Little Andaman/Nancowry/Campbell Bay may purchase their tickets on 07.07.2023 from 1400 hrs onwards. Passengers may book their tickets from DSS e-ticketing portal (https://dss.andaman.gov.in/ShipETicketingWeb/Login.jsp)/STARS Ticketing Counters.
