Port Blair, Nov. 17: The Andaman and Nicobar Islands Police Department proudly announces the ISO 9001:2015 certification of Police Stations Rangat and Diglipur, marking a significant milestone in their commitment to excellence and quality service.

The certification by International Organization for Standardization is a testament to the rigorous standards upheld by the Police Station. The ISO Certificate was unveiled and handed over to PS Rangat & PS Diglipur by Shri. Devesh Chandra Srivastva, IPS, Director General of Police, A&N Islands.

Port Blair, Nov. 17: Shri. Vishal Jolly, National Executive Member, BJP today met Admiral (Retd) Shri. D. K. Joshi, Hon'ble Lt. Governor, A&N Islands at Raj Niwas and raised certain burning issues pertaining to people of these Islands. He demanded early redressal of these issues which is badly affecting the local populace.

Port Blair, Nov. 17: Highlighting the concern of candidates who appeared for various posts in A&N Police Department, the ANTCC Campaign Committee Chairman, Mr. TSG Bhasker has written a letter to the Director General of Police, Shri. Devesh Chandra Srivastava, I.P.S on Tuesday, requesting him to reduce the cut off marks.

In the letter Bhasker said, “The Police Department had advertised for more than 300 posts in various categories and the exam and physical test for it were conducted accordingly”.
