Port Blair, Oct. 25: The Department of Social Welfare organized a Laughter & Fitness Session at Joggers Park on Oct. 22 during which the expert educated the people about the importance of healthy life style and how to live a drug-free life through physical activity, education, and community support.

Laughter therapy, also known as laughter yoga, is a form of complementary therapy that emphasizes the use of laughter as a means to improve overall well-being and health. While it might not be a traditional form of exercise or fitness routine, laughter therapy can play a significant role in fitness.

Port Blair, Oct. 25: The second counselling g for vacant seats in the respective categories for admission to B.A.LL.B. Degree Course in Andaman Law College will be held on Oct. 31, 2023 at 10 am in the College Auditorium. Interested candidates of all the categories including General Category have been requested to attend the counselling session. The unfilled seats in the said respective categories will be allotted in the order of general merit only. Any representation from the candidates who fail to attend the counselling on the mentioned date will not be entertained thereafter.

Port Blair, Oct. 25: The vessel MV Swaraj Dweep which sailed from Chennai is expected to arrive at Port Blair tomorrow (Oct. 26) at 1300 hrs. She has on board 269 passengers and 267 MT of cargo and 21 containers. On arrival at Port Blair, the vessel will be berthed at Haddo Wharf.
