Port Blair, Oct. 11: Following demands raised by residents and youths of Little Andaman Island, the Member of Parliament of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma has sanctioned an amount of Rs. 10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs) for installation of Floodlights in RRO ground of Little Andaman Island for carrying out sports events, cultural activities, event rehearsals, organizing festivals etc in evening hours by people of the region.
