Sri Vijaya Puram, March 2: As part of its ongoing series of events, the Department will be organizing the 10th edition of “Beach Holi” at Corbyn’s Cove Beach from 9 am onwards. The much-awaited celebration aims to spread a strong message of peace and brotherhood across the Islands.
Carrying the vibrant tagline “Vitamin Sea and Vitamin G (Gulaal)”, the event promises a colourful blend of music, culture and festive cheer by the seashore. The programme will commence with traditional Phaag songs presented by the ALLPHA musical group, followed by performances from the Friend Cultural Group and the BRW Wing of the Islands.
The event is open to all, and the general public is cordially invited to participate and celebrate the festival of colours in a joyful and harmonious atmosphere.
