Sri Vijaya Puram, April 30: The Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Police Training Institute (NSCBPTI), Sri Vijaya Puram, under the aegis of Andaman & Nicobar Police will be organizing a 45-day Summer Camp for the wards of police personnel as well as children from the general public. The camp will commence from 4th May, 2026 and will be conducted on all working days (Monday to Friday) from 0900 hrs to 1200 hrs at the Institute premises.
The Summer Camp aims to provide a constructive and engaging platform for children during the vacation period, while nurturing their creative talents and promoting cultural enrichment through music. During the programme, participants will receive hands-on training in a variety of musical instruments including Keyboard, Tabla, Dholak, Congo, Flute, Saxophone, Harmonium, and Guitar.
The training sessions will be conducted by experienced musicians from NSCBPTI in collaboration with the Andaman & Nicobar Police Kala Manch, ensuring quality instruction and exposure to diverse musical forms. Participants are required to bring their own musical instruments of interest for practice during the camp. They will be allowed to take back their instruments after each session.
