Sri Vijaya Puram, July 7: The DC(MSME), Ministry of MSME, Government of India, invites eligible Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) to participate in Kolkata Couture Expo 2026, to be held at Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan (Milan Mela), Kolkata, West Bengal, from 06–07 August, 2026.
Eligible MSEs engaged in the manufacturing of women’s ethnic wear and other apparel products are encouraged to participate. Participating MSEs may avail assistance under Component 5(1)(A) of the Procurement and Marketing Support (PMS) Scheme, including 80% subsidy on built-up space rent (100% for SC/ST/Women/NER/PH/Aspirational District units), reimbursement of eligible contingency expenditure up to Rs. 25,000, travel assistance for one representative per participating unit (limited to Economy Class airfare), and, for MSEs from Andaman & Nicobar Islands, overall assistance up to Rs. 0.80 lakh per enterprise per event or actual expenditure, whichever is less, subject to the PMS Scheme Guidelines.
