Sri Vijaya Puram, July 23: It is for information of all concerned that the Deputy Registrar/H.O.O Vide Notice dated 22.7.2026 has informed that Division Bench comprising of Hon’ble Mrs. Urmita Datta (Sen), Judicial Member and Hon’ble. Mr. Suchitto Kumar Das, Administrative Member will be holding Circuit Sitting at Port Blair w.e.f. 27.07.2026 to 07.08.2026 (both days inclusive).
Fresh application will also be entertained. Department those who are having CAT cases are requested to contact the Government Pleader/ Panel Advocates with relevant case documents and brief them about the case in detail so as to enable the Government Counsel to defend the case on behalf of the Administration fully prepared. Head of Departments have also been requested to instruct their Nodal Officers to be present in the Tribunal on the date of hearing along with relevant documents to assist the Government Pleader/Panel Advocate.
