Sri Vijaya Puram, July 24: In partial modification of earlier notice dated 22.07.2026, the Deputy Registrar/H.O.O has informed that the Division Bench comprising of Hon’ble Mr. Suchitto Kumar Das, Administrative Member and Hon’ble Mr. Diwakar Singh, Judicial Member will be holding the Circuit Sitting at Port Blair for the period from 27.07.2026 to 31.07.2026 through virtual mode.
Further, the Division bench comprising of Hon’ble Mr. Anindo Majumdar, Administrative Member and Hon’ble Mr. Diwakar Singh, Judicial Member be holding the Circuit Sitting at Port Blair for the period from 03.08.2026 to 07.08.2026 through virtual mode.
Fresh application will also be entertained. Department those who are having CAT cases are requested to contact the Government Pleader/ Panel Advocates with relevant case documents and brief them about the case in detail so as to enable the Government Counsel to defend the case on behalf of the Administration fully prepared. Head of Departments are also requested to instruct their Nodal Officers to be present in the Tribunal on the date of hearing along with relevant documents to assist the Government Pleader/Panel Advocate.
