Nancowrie, Oct. 15: The District Administration, Nicobar District as part of rendering service to common man at the door step organized Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore on 14.10.2026 & 15.10.2026 at Special Relief Officer (SRO) Office, Teressa. The Assistant Commissioner, Nancowry, Shri Athonai Edward, Chairman Tribal Council, Teressa, Assistant Education Officer, Nancowry, tribal leaders and large number of general public participated in the Camp.
The Assistant Commissioner, Nancowry interacted with the gathering and briefed them about this initiative of District Office, Nicobar District. The Assistant Commissioner, Nancowry issued around 50 certificates like 02 Nos. Senior Citizen certificates, 30 Nos. of Income Certificate & 18 Nos. of Scheduled Tribe Certificates. The District Administration ensured general public that such Revenue Camp Court will be held in future at regular interval.
