Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct. 16: The Hon’ble Lt. Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Dr. Dinesh Sharma attended the Sri Durga Puja celebrations organised by Atul Smriti Samiti at Bengali Club, Sri Vijaya Puram, as the chief guest. He offered prayers to Maa Durga and addressed the devotees present on the occasion.
On this auspicious occasion, he prayed to Maa Durga for the happiness, prosperity, peace and well-being of all the islanders. He expressed his hope that the blessings of Maa Durga would bring happiness, strength and positive energy into everyone’s lives.
Hon’ble Member of Parliament Shri Bishnu Pada Ray, Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman, Superintendent of Police, South Andaman, office-bearers of Atul Smriti Samiti and other distinguished dignitaries were also present on the occasion.
