Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct. 21: The Department of Tourism, in association with the Indian Institute of Photography (IIP), Noida will be organizing 8-day comprehensive Training and Certification Programme under the RAMP Scheme. The course covers Photography, Videography, Drone Imaging, Camera Handling, and Post-Production, along with specialized sessions on Underwater Photography and Astro-Photography.
The training schedule across various islands is as follows:
Sri Vijaya Puram: Commencing from October 26, 2026 in the training hall of Directorate of Disaster Management
Swaraj Dweep: Commencing from November 3, 2026, in the community hall of Shyam Nagar, Panchayat
Shaheed Dweep: Commencing from November 12, 2026, in the Community Hall, Murugan Temple, Neil Kendra
Aspirants from Rangat, Mayabunder, Diglipur, Long Island and Campbell Bay who have already applied are invited to attend the training programme at Sri Vijaya Puram starting October 26, 2026.
