Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 19: In exercise of power conferred under Sub-Section (2) of Section 10 of the Manoeuvres, Field Firing and Artillery Practice Act, 1938, all concerned have been informed that small arms firing practice of 75th batch recruit Constables (Exe.) of Andaman and Nicobar Police will be conducted at the Police Firing Range, Bird Line, Prothrapur on Sept. 22 from 0530 hrs to 1600 hrs (Day Firing) and Sept. 23 will be reserve day subject to rain.
The general public, especially the villagers/residents of Bird Line and Prothrapur area should be made aware to keep themselves and their cattle away from the firing range during the mentioned date and time.
